Pablo PICASSO. Autograph letter signed "Picasso", Paris 5 bis rue Schoelcher (14 e ) March 23, 1916, to Guillaume APOLLINAIRE; 1 page in-4 (27.5 x 2.5 cm). A few days after Apollinaire's wound at the front, March 17. "My dear Guillaume, I've just learned your address. I would like to have news of your health. Think how worried I was when I heard you'd been wounded. It seems that it is not too serious but I would like to have a word from you to tell me how you are and if I will see you again soon. In the end I won't write to you anymore because I'm afraid of tiring you out if you're not well. I kiss you, my old brother, and wish you complete good health from the bottom of my heart.
