Pablo PICASSO. Autograph letter signed "Picasso", [Paris April 1910?], to Guillaume APOLLINAIRE, 8 Boulevard Carnot, Le Vésinet; 1 page in-12 (14 x 10.5 cm) on the back of a cardboard print from Galerie Notre-Dame-des-Champs, envelope. "My dear Guillaume Marie Laurencin told us you were ill at your mother's. I'd like to know if you're feeling better. We've had Max Jacob with us for a few days, sick. Write me a note so I know how you are. All the hands of the deese. Picasso". The letter is written on the back of a printed card from the Galerie Notre-Dame-des-Champs announcing an exhibition, from April 14 to May 7, of 15 paintings and 4 drawings by Picasso (Wilhelm Uhde opened his gallery at 73 rue Notre-Dame-des-Champs in 1908)]. On the back of the envelope (one corner torn off), Picasso wrote: "Envoi Picasso 11 Bd de [Clichy]" (Picasso had moved there in mid-September 1909). Unpublished letter.
