CHINA - COMPAGNIE DES INDES, for the Dutch market. Porcelain covered sugar pot with two shell-shaped side handles. Polychrome and gold decoration in Famille rose enamels of the FAMARS and VRIESEN family coat of arms surmounted by a crown, with a spearhead frieze. The lid is decorated with flowers and gold braid on the rim. Qianlong period (1736-1795). 18th century. Height: 12 cm - Diameter: 10.7 cm - Width with handles: 14.5 cm An enamel chip on the grip, slight gold wear.
