Stein" On the reverse side of the base, label with a handwritten note identifying the model, located "Mogilev" and dated "October 4, 1915". October 4 is the regimental holiday of the Escort and it is in Mogilev, where the headquarters of the Russian army "Stavka" was located. The Cossack of the Convoy is represented in field dress (Cherkeska without braids), with arms and unit insignia on his chest. According to the rules of the Konvoï, only Cossacks who had shown bravery in battle were eligible for service in the Emperor's personal escort.
