MISSION APOLLO 11. APOLLO PROGRAM Subsequent print on baryta - Lot 126
MISSION APOLLO 11. APOLLO PROGRAM Subsequent print on baryta paper. 80 x 60 cm On Monday, July 21, 1969, the Americans walked on the Moon. Buzz Aldrin, unrecognizable in his space suit weighing 72 kilos (but only 14 kilos with local gravity), poses for Neil Armstrong. The latter, reflected in his teammate's visor next to the Eagle lunar module, unwittingly creates a historical self-portrait. It will be one of the few pictures of the first man to walk on our satellite during the launch.
